Our Terms and Conditions
1. All prices are per night for double occupancy with an extra charge of $15.00 for each additional person, plus tax. All cottages have a 2 night minimum booking. A cleaning fee of $55 per stay in any cottage will be added to all reservations. Canadian currency. 2 week notice of cancellation required for full refund. For less than 2 weeks' notice of cancellation there will be a credit note issued. The $300 security bond is required in case of damage to the property or contents, or if any of the terms of the rental agreement cause monetary loss to us as owners of the property. This security bond is fully refundable as long as there is no damage or breach of contract. Wheelchair accessible units available. Pets are permitted in cottages 2,5,7 & 8 at $15.00 per pet, per day. However, pets are not permitted in the luxury cottage, executive suites, or hotel suites.
2. R.V rentals $35. Plus tax Payment in full at time of booking. No Shower access for RV sites. No refunds for cancellation, credit note only.
